The Village of Dobbs Ferry, incorporated with the Town of Greenburgh in 1873, is a lovely mixture of homes and neighborhoods. There are the homes of Villard Hill, with their splendid river views, and the picturesque area of Riverview Manor with its winding roads and grand, stately, turn-of-the-century village homes. Dobbs Ferry is located on the Hudson River overlooking the Tappan Zee Bridge and the Palisades.
